1. Customer contacts our company to set up a free estimate and site check. There are many variables that we see everyday when installing doors and openers. The accurate and efficient way to access a job is to see it before we provide an estimate that we will honor. Once the customer understands what they are receiving for their investment including security, longevity, warranties, curb appeal, and cost we ask for a deposit and order the product and provide an approximate install date.
2. Once the product is delivered we will contact you to confirm our install date and follow through from there.
3. When the install is complete we will go over the operating specifications with the customer, once we receive the customer approval and signature the final payment is made, and everyone is happy!
4. The companies that we use to provide garage doors and openers are very responsible with backing their warranties. If there should be an issue with the door in the future please contact us and we will help you.
